Protein ubiquitination analysis
Ubiquitination is a molecular process during which a targetted protein is modified by the covalent addition of one or more ubiquitin molecules in chains. This post-translational modification plays a major role in protein degradation, but can be also associated with localisation or function. In this experiment, the Expert will determine the possibility that the protein of interest in ubiquitinated under certain conditions.
