Genomics DNA sequencing Whole genome sequencing
Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) is the process of determining the entire DNA sequence of a given organism's genome at a single time. This includes chromosomal and mitochondrial DNA, and chloroplasts. You will be able to select in this experiment all or parts of the process: extraction, library preparation, sequencing, raw data collection, and data analysis.
