Genomics RNA Sequencing MRNA sequencing
mRNA sequencing uses Next-Generation Sequencing methods to look at the coding RNA in a given sample. In order to discard the non-coding RNAs, two strategies can be adopted: either the hybridization of poly(A) tails using poly(T) tails, or the depletion of non-coding RNA by removing oligomers complementary to rRNA.
