Whole genome sequencing

2.1 - Sequencage-Genome

Service description

Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) is the process of determining the entire DNA sequence of a given organism's genome at a single time. This includes chromosomal and mitochondrial DNA, and chloroplasts. You will be able to select in this experiment all or parts of the process: extraction, library preparation, sequencing, raw data collection, and data analysis.

Materials to provide

  • Samples
  • Sample quality data

Further details on the project may be requested.

You will be able to exchange directly with the experts after filling in the form below.

Typical deliverables

  • Extraction
  • Library preparation
  • Sequencing of the samples
  • Analysis
  • A download link or a hard drive with raw data and the post-experiment analysis
  • Study following the specifications validated with the Expert
