Non-coding RNA NGS sequencing

SEQUENCAGE ARNm300X225

Service description

  • Non-coding RNA (ncRNA) is a type of RNA molecule that does not translate into a protein.
  • They are involved in multiple cellular processes, including translation (i.e. rRNA and tRNA), post-transcriptional modifications, DNA replication, and gene regulation.
  • ncRNA sequencing focuses primarily on miRNAs (about 22 nt), small RNAs (all RNAs less than 200 nt, including miRNA), and long non-coding RNAs (lncRNA, more than 200 nt).

Materials to provide

  • Samples.
  • List of targets if applicable.
  • Proof of sample quality or integrity (Bioanalyzer traces or eq.).

  • Further details on the project may be requested.
  • You will be able to exchange directly with the experts after filling in the form below.

Typical deliverables

  • Extraction.
  • Library preparation.
  • Sequencing of the samples with the requested number of reads.
  • Paired-end read.
  • Quantification analysis.
  • Download the link or a hard drive with raw data and the post-experiment analysis.
  • Study following the specifications validated with the Expert.
